Finishing will prevent deterioration and corrosion, as well as ensuring the products look good for longer. We offer in house powder coating alongside anodising, zinc plating and galvanising using our network of approved partners.
We use a 5 stage process to de-grease, pre-treat and dry the components to ensure excellent adhesion of the paint finish. We use a zirconium based thin film conversion coating prior to powder coating This system helps us to reduce the impact on the environment and eliminates many health and safety issues which can occur with alternative methods.
